Leesa Robinson Swimwear Glamour Shoot?

I know the first question you are going to ask is: "Mark where is the swimwear in the this blog post?"  What gives and you are such a tease!  Long story short I was being blitzed inside and capturing photos that didn't even relate to the swimsuit shoot that was going on outside by the pool.  Hey I'm a rebel like that?  Maybe or maybe not... So the plan was to capture photos in my style and then head out to the pool.  Sometimes times things just don't go as planned.  Tell you the truth I wanted to do create some images a certain way inside vs shooting at the pool.  That was my priory.

There was a lot of actors and models at the location.  I want to apologize to the ones that wanted to shoot with me or had a short session.  Also I want to thank my crew that helped me during the day.  I couldn't do it without them.  Thanks Dave for being my grip for the day and Marie for doing the make up for some of the models and actors.

Here are some of the photos I've finished and I still have more to edit.  Once I'm done I'll post those soon.  For now I hope you enjoy the photos.

Abstract Wedding Photo

I don't post to any photos that lean towards the abstract/fine art realm of photography but I thought this photos was cool enough to post. This was taken this past summer while shooting with fellow photographer Hennessy Green.

Product: Diaper Clutch

I don't photograph products often.  I've always been a photographer that loves photographing people.  I was asked to do some product photography by the owner of The Diaper Clutch.  We've taken some lifestyle photos that's going to be posted on her website: http://www.thediaperclutch.com

The Diaper Clutch keeps your diapers and wipes in one convenient and stylish carrying case.

About The Diaper Clutch:

Following the birth of her son in 2005, Cynthia Poblete founded The Baby Panda, an online boutique offering Asian-inspired clothing and accessories for infants and children. Joining the group of other "mom-preneurs", she created the diaper clutch. Finding the need for the convenience of diapers and wipes in a stylish carrying case, she took to the drawing board! Cynthia loved all of the diaper bag alternatives already on the market but she wanted to take the convenience one step further. In the Fall of 2006, she launched her new product, the diaper clutch. Now everyone can enjoy the convenience of a diaper and wipes carrying case without having to sacrifice style! Thanks for visiting the diaper clutch! We hope you enjoy your product!

Here are some photos of The Diaper Clutch.

Booth: Gala

Having a photo taking station is an innovative way of capturing people that attend your event. It has been a big trend for weddings receptions and now is catching on with events.

The Portrait Booth is a rendition of the classic photo booth. It's an exciting addition to any event, party or wedding reception. It can inspire creativity and silliness while getting memorable photographs. But some times it just a great way to have awesome portraits.

Here are some of my favorite portraits taken at Omega Psi Phi Gala in November of last year.

If you have any questions about the Portrait Booth and would like to have one at your next event contact us at www.m-anthony.com.

Headshot Proofs

When shooting actor's headshots, clients ask me how would their photos look after they are printed out.  Here are some proofs I email clients for approval before they are sent to the photo lab for printing.

When printing I work only with a photo lab that understands that your headshot prints can get your foot in the door to the career that you want. That’s why when I send out my prints the lab I work with specializes in headshot printing, all headshots are printed on true profashional Kodak or Fuji  photo paper in a real photo lab, for the best quality. The lab I work are professionals who are all about color management.  This insures your photos come out right.  For me it's about quality control and to make sure you get a quality product.
