A Dance with Aminita and Jason

Every now and then you are inspired by other things outside of your own personal world.  Do you ever just want to go out there and create?  I gave Aminata and Jason a theme and that theme was dance.  These are some of my favorite images taken from this series.

I think this is going to be the launch of a new project.  The project is going to help others better themselves and at the same time a friendly challenge/competition. Stay tuned for the details.

Breakin for Birney

Saturday we decided to cover an annual fundraiser called Breakin for Birney that is held at American University. It's a breakdancing event where spectators are encouraged to participate. The donation was $5.00 which we were glad to pay since it's going to a good cause. All proceeds go to Facilitating Leadership in Youth (FLY, www.flyouth.org).
