Rooftop Shoot

My travels took me to Frederick Maryland this past weekend. I've never been to the historic district of Fredrick Maryland just the outskirts.  Maybe next time I pass visit a place I should take time to explore the town.  Now on to why I was there.  The Leesa Robinson Agency was hosting a shoot at the Sweet Memories Candy Store.  It was called the "Eye Candy Photoshoot".

I have to admit I'm not into "Eye Candy" photography.  It's just not my thing.  It's a bit too cheeky for my taste.  Maybe I'm just getting old.  But I'll come up with some creative ways to call it my own.  Oh before I forget thanks to ViveLush for doing the make up that day.  I never got to meet her in person.

Now on to some of the photos.  I've going to break this up into several blog post.  For now here is a few shots that day of the actors and models that attended my shoot.  Not too much of the candy themed in the following photos other then Francisco.  He had some make candy themed make-up.

Leesa Robinson Swimwear Glamour Shoot?

I know the first question you are going to ask is: "Mark where is the swimwear in the this blog post?"  What gives and you are such a tease!  Long story short I was being blitzed inside and capturing photos that didn't even relate to the swimsuit shoot that was going on outside by the pool.  Hey I'm a rebel like that?  Maybe or maybe not... So the plan was to capture photos in my style and then head out to the pool.  Sometimes times things just don't go as planned.  Tell you the truth I wanted to do create some images a certain way inside vs shooting at the pool.  That was my priory.

There was a lot of actors and models at the location.  I want to apologize to the ones that wanted to shoot with me or had a short session.  Also I want to thank my crew that helped me during the day.  I couldn't do it without them.  Thanks Dave for being my grip for the day and Marie for doing the make up for some of the models and actors.

Here are some of the photos I've finished and I still have more to edit.  Once I'm done I'll post those soon.  For now I hope you enjoy the photos.
