MIRock WPGC Bikefest

I was at Maryland Int'l Raceway in Buds Creek, MD covering the MIRock Superbike Series for DCSportbikes.com. This is my second year covering the event. The MIROCK Superbike series has become one of the largest motorcycle drag racing series in the country!

At the event was the exciting “Orient Express Pro Street” class which features the World’s Fastest Streetbikes running at speeds of over 200mph (in just 7 seconds) plus the ever popular HTP Performance Real Street class.

MIROCK also has a strong motorcycle bracket program including Quick 32, Pro ET, Crazy 8's and Streetbike ET. There’s also a huge manufacturers midway and the hot $1,000 to win bikini contests!

EMYA Bridal Shoot Day 2

It was another fun day shooting for EMYA Salon and Spa in conjunction with Hadar Goren. The theme stayed the same as the last shoot which is beauty with a contrasty background. In this case a factory as the back drop with beautiful models in bridal gowns. Even though it was a scorcher of a day we manage to have fun and keep the excitement level high by going to adventurous locations.

In the photo below I've been trying to keep to a theme use color to give mood. I like this cross processing because to me it gives the photo a high fashion edge.

Audia in the Summer Funk

I meet Audia at the Baltimore Summer Funk Meet and Greet. These photos were taken in 99 degree heat. Talk about a scorcher! The hot weather didn't phase Audia and she remained energetic though out the day. No mountain was high enough or the blazing heat got in her way. True story Audia climbed up a very steep hit in heals to get to the location where a large tree stood. I wish I took a photo of the long and steep incline and her climbing it in heals. It was an adventure and pleasure photographing her. Here are some of the photos taken that day.

In this last photo I wanted to deplict an angelic feel.

Butterfly Beauty Shoot

EYMA Salon and Spa Bridal Shoot

I had the pleasure of photographing a Bridal shoot for EYMA Salon and Spa along with fellow photographer Hadar Goren. The theme was an urban bridal shoot where we have beautiful people all dressed in wedding attire against a run down city back drop.

Our plan was to get there early, set up and test before the crew from EMYA and our muses showed up.  We picked a backdrops that we thought suited the theme and waited for the team form EMYA to show up.  Once the crew showed up they put the finishing touches on the models.  While everyone was getting ready we discussed the posing, the over all look of what was to achieved and what they wanted.  I'm a firm believer that you must have a vision of what you want before you move forward.  You have to always have a plan of attack and the goals you want to achieve.  This way your client and you will never have a miss understanding.
